SCADA normally comprises of personal computer with software package which is constantly communicating to the interface Gateway units where by acquiring data which can be stored in the PC. SCADA also enables direct write instruction to the interface Gateway whereby entire system can be control remotely from PC.

- MMS for manufacturing normally uses Interface Gateway to monitor Motor activities. These are made available to user using various instance systems like data printer, audible alarms, SCADA units or an advance interface system called SCADA.

Feature Rich ,Flexible & Compatible For Viewing On Multiple Hardware Platforms
MMS is a complete solution consisting of the Engineering Workstation and Interface Gateway taking all data from devices on Modbus RTU protocol and Hardwired signals from various field devices.
The main Interface Gateway consists of the Modbus Communication card reading data from the Soft Starter on RS485. Each Soft Starter is connected in a single daisy chain arrangement terminated at a HUB. The HUB then communicates to the main Interface Gateway.
All the data processing is done at the Main Interface Gateway and then the data can be viewed on the EWS. Communication between Main Interface Gateway & EWS is on Modbus TCP/IP.
A 21.5" Monitor is provided in Control Room (EWS) to control and Monitor real time parameters of Motor.
